Petricore partnered with the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and MassDiGI to develop Lotto Boxes, an educational mobile game designed to teach students about income inequality through play. Rather than simply explaining the concept, the game demonstrates how unequal starting conditions can shape outcomes, encouraging classroom discussion around fairness, opportunity, and economic inequality.

Released for iOS and Android, Lotto Boxes has been used as an educational tool in classrooms and was unveiled at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation’s Innovation Conference as part of a broader initiative to engage students with important social issues through interactive media.
