Developed by Petricore in partnership with Bose, Dead Drop Desperado was created for the Bose AR platform, bringing immersive audio-powered gameplay to Bose Frames and Bose AR-enabled headphones. Following the initial collaboration, Bose provided additional support to continue development and release the game to customers on the platform.

Set in the Wild West, Dead Drop Desperado is a two-player dueling game where players take turns firing and dodging bullets in cinematic slow motion. The game showcases how Bose AR’s spatial audio and head tracking can create unique gameplay experiences that simply aren’t possible with traditional audio devices.
